Brewer signed a minor-league deal with the Rays on Thursday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Brewer spent the 2022 season with the Royals, though he pitched exclusively with Triple-A Omaha. He maintained a 4.76 ERA and 1.38 WHIP with a 42:18 K:BB across 39.2 innings while pitching out of the bullpen.
